Old 99 raised pork, beef and lamb now in the freezer. We are taking deposits now (July/Aug) for roasting chickens, beef, and pork. I need to know baseline quantities before committing to raising the animals. Chickens: $5/bird min 5 birds, beef $100/quarter, pork $50/half.

All my meat is raised here on pasture: pork, turkey, beef, lamb, chicken, and goose.

As of Aug 27th we have peaches, cantaloupe and watermelon: first time ever! Also blackberries and aronia berries. We can offer the following crops: new harvest chard and kale, beet root and tops, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, beans (yellow, green and purple varieties) sorrel, New Zealand spinach, rhubarb, lovage, sweet cicely, arugula, basil, parsley, purslane, chives, cilantro, bulb onions and peppers.

Reminder: I sharpen your chef’s knives with proper equipment so you can really enjoy them. I mill hard red wheat on demand by the kilo, unsifted, wheat germ and all.

Meats
I have turkey, pork, goose, beef, lamb and stewing chicken in the freezer. A new offering is honey garlic mutton sausage made with local honey. I am sold out of roasting chickens in half and quarters, but have lots of stewing hens for delicious broth and enough meat on each for a casserole.

Eggs
Supply is up now, as of July 1st is $6.75/Jumbo, $6.25/XL doz, $5.50 for large, $4.75 medium and $4.00 for small. I sell mixed size dozens that weigh at least 588 gm (medium), 672 grams, the ‘large’ size dozen, and Extra Large, 770gm plus carton. Please bring in recycled cartons.

Thank you to all bringing in recycled egg cartons; you can start saving for me again.

Notes
1. Produce units available are same as price unit. eg 500 gram, each, etc.
2. Quantity available is almost always estimated, so if you see a negative number, go ahead and order it, I can fill in most cases.
3. If you order and don’t pick up, I trust you will pay.

Welcome, guest! Feel free to browse, but you must have an account before you can place an order. Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?
