We have a good selection of beef and pork at the moment. The beef is grass fed and finished, a heritage breed with good flavour. Mostly roasts and tbone steaks.
Pork is also raised here, fed organic grain, surplus milk and garden produce. The animals had several months outdoors on pasture. You can order a half or whole pig or by the cut. If you order a whole you can specify your cuts. A $50 deposit is requested.
