Provencal Vegetable Tian

This is the perfect dish for savouring the flavours of summer. So simple and delicious. It is also a one-dish meal so clean up is easy, which is always a plus.

Stuffed Zucchini Boats

These are fun to make and fun to eat! I replaced the sausage with ground beef and I and used pesto instead of chopped or dried basil. I used gruyere cheese but you can also us an old cheddar or parmesan. Get creative.

Sweet Potato Celeriac Swiss Chard Gratin

This is healthful comfort food at its finest! The original is just sweet potato, but I found adding the celeriac provides a nice mix of flavours. This recipe is a bit complicated and time consuming, but worth it.
