Our orchard produces apples, peaches, raspberries, blackberries, aronia berries, mulberries, asian and european pears, currants and juice grapes in season.

Reminder: I sharpen your chef’s knives with proper equipment so you can really enjoy them.

I raised Tamworth heritage pigs in 2011 and every summer since and the pork is now the bounty. They are raised on milk and milled barley with outside pasture once they were big enough to not fit through the woven-wire fence. They were a joy to have around, always brought a smile to my face, very friendly and inquisitive. Quite trainable too, would come when called.
I have sampled the fresh roasts (not smoked like ham), pork chops and bacon and it’s very tasty.
