Our orchard produces apples, peaches, raspberries, blackberries, aronia berries, mulberries, asian and european pears, currants and juice grapes in season.

Reminder: I sharpen your chef’s knives with proper equipment so you can really enjoy them.

I raise a small herd of Canadian Lineback beef cattle, on pasture, grass fed. These are a heritage breed with a reputation for good flavoured meat. The meat is frozen, butcher paper wrapped. The 20 lb package is a mix of cuts worth about 10% less than if you bought them separately. Or you can select which cuts you want and I'll take 10% off the list price per cut.
