This page is where you can place your orders. If you're logged in to your account *and* the market is open, you will see quantity box an "Add to Cart" icon next to each item. If you just want one, click on the icon to add it to your cart. If you want more, you can either change the quantity and then click, or click the number of times you want.

Please note the store hours: Thursday 4 to 6 or by arrangement stated on your order. Call 905 537 0163 if necessary (or 911!) We Offer delivery on Fridays, so please ask. It costs $7 in, Dundas, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and Toronto.
We are starting to plant seeds for the 2025 season, stay tuned for regular updates.

1. Produce units available are same as price unit. eg 500 gram, each.
2. Quantity available is almost always estimated. Feel free to order it, I can fill in most cases. If I cannot I will contact you and offer something else in its place.

The 20 lb package is a mix of cuts worth about 10% less than if you bought them separately. Or you can select which cuts you want and I'll take 10% off the list price per cut.

4 quarters available. Regular Price is $/lb per hanging weight, which converted at 75% yield, so $/wrapped is higher. This is the common way to quote beef sides, because the cutting instructions re bone and fat will affect yield.

Usually made into conserves, syrups (sold in stores as Ribena) and cordials, for the taste and for their high anti-oxidants to help fight off colds and infections. See http://canuckcuisine.com/how-to-make-your-own-ribena-blackcurrant-syrup/ for easy instructions with pictures. One pound (say half kg) makes 750ml syrup in this recipe.
