Our orchard produces apples, peaches, raspberries, blackberries, aronia berries, mulberries, asian and european pears, currants and juice grapes in season.
Reminder: I sharpen your chef’s knives with proper equipment so you can really enjoy them.

Grass fed beef tallow is high in conjugated linoleic acid, B vitamins, Vitamin K2, Niacin, Selenium, Iron, Phosphorus, potassium and riboflavin. Collards are leafy green vegetables that belong to the same family that includes cabbage, kale, and broccoli. While they share the same botanical name as kale, Brassica oleracea, and some resemblance, they have their own distinctive qualities.
